![]() Today we're adding something new to the Fish Friday line up. Along with the Clam Chowder we have added the Grilled Tilapia Sandwich! This creation from the mind of Cheffery Bellem takes our seasoned grilled tilapia and puts it on a fresh hoagie roll. We top it with our house made tartar sauce, lettuce, tomato, and your choice of a side. In the mood for seafood? Add the Clam Chowder as a side! Today we also put on tap a seasonal from some friends of ours out at Lake Havesue!
![]() T-Shirt/Taco Tuesday...need I say more? Okay, fine. I will. Every Tuesday here at Lonesome Valley Brewing we have a tradition of enjoying fresh street style tacos created by Cheffery Bellem. Today we have a choice of chicken or talapia. Both are grilled and seasoned to order, and topped with our house jalapeno slaw! Then we cram it into two soft corn tortillas, and serve it with a side of our fresh scratch made salsa. Today Chef has created a corn and black bean salsa to go with it. This delicious extra helping of salsa is provided along with our normal salsa. The two flavors together ignite your taste buds! This salad is chock full of your favorite Southwest flavors like, corn, black beans, chopped red onions, and tomatoes. Top it with our house Chipotle chicken and a dusting of shredded cheese, and pair it with a in house made Chipotle Ranch and you are in a Tex-Mex heaven! School is starting this week, and our favorite daytime server Kisa is included in the masses of students! She will still be working her normal hours, so come in and see her during the day and wish her well. The perfect time to study is during our happy hour from 4-6 Mondays through Thursdays, where you can get $1 off beers. We offer free WiFi and good tunes to study to, and good company to heckle you when you are in a Monday blues.

The mad scientists of our kitchen have come up with something new to replace it. The Pulled Pork Dip! We've taken our in house pulled pork and cooked it in a pork Au Jus with onions and mushrooms. Then we top it with your choice of Swiss or Havarti cheese. Then we put it in a toasted hoagie and serve it with a side of the same Au Jus it was cooked with for even more flavor for dipping! Today's lunch special was such a hit the first time that we actually had people coming in twice that day to have it! The Pork Tenderloin Sandwich! This sandwich is prepared with a healthy serving of our marinated pork tenderloin grilled to perfection. Then we place it on a bed of lettuce and veggies on a fresh hoagie roll. Comes with your choice of side all for just $9! Also we've brought wine back in two ways. First, we've upgraded our wine selection with some choices that are sure to delight. Bogle, Little Black Dress, and William Hill round out the line up. Also we've brought our Old Dame Barley Wine back for the weekend! Since its been aging just a little longer than the last batch, we've renamed it the Older Dame! This 10 oz pour is packing a punch at 13% ABV, so be careful! She's had a little more time to mature since the last time she was tapped. This Barley Wine was made with barley (of course), maple, and brown sugar. Then we've been ageing it on French Oak this whole time. She has been renamed the Older Dame and weighs in at 13% ABV. Notes of Fresh Apple and brown sugar surround the senses from beginning to end. Today is the day that we all work towards all week long. Its Friday! Chef Bellem has rolled out a couple classic favorites to kick off the weekend properly. Today we have the BBQ Chicken Grub-wich. A delicious sandwich done with our bbq sauce covering our chicken as we cook it up on our grill top. Then we throw it into a fresh hoagie and top it with our shredded cheese blend and green chilies. You get a choice of side with this and its sure bring a smile! Also we have the Classic Clam Chowder! This fresh, scratch made Clam Chowder is done New England style with fresh, not canned, clams, and potatoes, celery, onions, and bacon! You can get it as a whole bowl, a cup, or upgrade your side to a cup of chowder. Come in and get some great food, beer, or just to say hi! We've got lots of things in the works. Hey everyone! Bill here with some great news! It looks like our home brew shop has only been pushed back just a little bit due to the fire. John and Brian have also expressed a desire to do a monthly raffle for a chance to brew alongside The LVB Brew Crew! More details to come on that in the near future. Alright everybody! Bill here from my mobile office to give you all an update for today. THE BAD NEWS: We had a Fire at the Brewery.Yes Way. No we aren't Joking. We really had a fire at the brewery. Two days ago. Thanks to Bill and John, it was controlled before it spread too far. LVB wants to send a big thanks to the Central Yavapai Fire Department and Prescott Valley Police Department, Lifeline Ambulance Services, the Town of Prescott Valley, Ponderosa Electric, and Able and Ready Restorations Services for being our heroes! THE GOOD NEWS: We plan on re-opening today 8/15/2014 at 4pm!The whole LVB Crew and various heroes listed above have worked tirelessly to get us up and running today. We will be serving all our usual fair with Nathan's Chili Cheese Dog special, and all our brews! The only thing really being affected by the fire is our Patio. It will be closed till further notice for repairs.
