Lonesome Valley Brewing (LVB) is Prescott Valley's first and only craft brewery. Brian and Joanne Cole opened LVB on Halloween 2013. We have a three barrel brewing system and eleven taps with five core handles and six rotating handles. Our core titles are: Glassford Hill Pale Ale, Sun Piercer IPA, Majesty Kolsch and Power Jam Porter.
Brian Bellem is the man behind our outstanding food. He has created a menu which features scratch-made pub food made from the freshest ingredients he can find. We are known for our rolled to order craft pizzas, hand formed burgers, baked daily pretzels and the best Reuben sandwich in the state! |
Our dining room is intimate and evokes the feeling of a corner diner and public house... all rolled into a strip mall! We are a place to meet your neighbors and talk or listen to original local music. We support local tradesmen and artists like Steve Webb, of Webb's Weathered Wood; who furnished our snug with beautiful hand-crafted booths and tables made from reclaimed pallet wood.
Most important, a biography of Lonesome Valley Brewing isn't complete without mentioning the people of Prescott Valley. Our rich and diverse community of home brewers, mead makers, wine enthusiasts, local musicians, woodworkers, contractors and foodies are the heart and soul of LVB. They are the reason we have survived the first four years and will continue to thrive in years to come. We love you guys!
