One Year Down, Many More To Go!
This has been a truly exciting ride for the family here at Lonesome Valley Brewing. We've had numerous struggles, and many more exciting moments! From the first day of business, to the Great Fire of 2014. The Government Shut Down which delayed our license to sell beer, to the day of our first brew going on tap. Our first packed house, to our plans to expand in motion. With our growing community of Prescott Valley, we know that we can grow with you. We have come from a skeleton crew, to a full staff comprised of a tight knit family. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Come down and say hi! Today's special is the Havarti Bacon Melt! A heap of our thick cut bacon, a hefty portion of fresh avocado, fresh tomatoes, and melted Havarti. You get your choice of bread along with your choice of side! As a side, we recommend the Cajun Seafood Chowder made fresh this morning! Don't forget about our upcoming events! Today's special is another genius creation from the mind of Chef Bellem! The Pesto Turkey Flatbread Sandwich! Thin, sliced in house, turkey, served on two toasted pitas, melted mozzarella, tomatoes, red onions, and Chef's House Cilantro Pesto! This huge sandwich with your choice of side for only $9! Come hungry!
We've got a great new guest tap as well! The Firestone Walker Double Jack IPA! This brew weighs in at 9.5% ABV with an IBU of 85. Comes in a 10 oz pour, and believe me when I say that's a heavy beer! Come down and check it out with our great food! See you soon! -Bill

Today we decided to try something new with a Secret Menu Favorite. The Siracha Chicken Burro! We grill up some of our seasoned chicken breast with onions, green chilies, and siracha. Then we add our house cheese blend until its nice and melty. Then we wrap it in a fresh flour tortilla, and serve it with a side of chips and our house salsa! This burro is a treat for any foodie! Come down and try it out while catching all the College Football games today! -Bill
Talapia Is Back!
Today's special is the Grilled Talapia Sandwich! We take a whole talapia filet, season it with our in house blend, and grill it to perfection. Then we place it in a toasted hoagie, and serve it up with a side of our house tartar sauce. You get this great sandwich with your choice of side! If you're looking to up the seafood ante, I recommend the Classic Clam Chowder! Our scratch made, in house, fresh clam chowder is a perfect addition to this meal. You can also get the Classic Clam Chowder as a bowl, or a cup!
We're also awaiting the arrival of a new tap! The Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout! This brew is perfect for the colder weather that's bearing down on us as we speak. Keep an eye out for it on tap! We also have the San Tan Brewing Co. Oktoberfest on tap to get everyone excited about the up coming tap take over! On October 30th, we will host a tap take over with San Tan, and our head chef will put together some great food pairings for each brew! Stay tuned for more information! Today's special is another throw back! Some of you may remember our 6'' Pita Pizzas from the first days of business. Well, we've stepped it up and brought you a new spin on an old favorite! The BBQ Pulled Pork Pita Pizza! We've upped the size to 9" and piled it high with our delicious pulled pork! We a delicious pita, spread our house red sauce and barbecue sauce on it. Then we top it with our house cheese blend, and pulled pork. Then we bake it in our oven until its all perfectly melted! Then we top it with diced red onions, and parsley. A monster of a pita pizza for only $5!
We also have a new brew on tap. The San Tan Oktoberfest! This traditional Autumn German Lager is full of flavor, and pairs perfect with this pita pizza today. Come down and check it out! I got mine on white with swiss, and a side of our world famous (had some customers from Europe come in that really enjoyed it) house mac and cheese. Slider Sunday! Cajun Turkey!
Its Sunday! We have the Broncos @Jets on one tv and New England @Buffalo on the other! The special is the Cajun Turkey Slider. Cajun seasoned grilled turkey with melted havarti over a bed of pickled onions on a toasted slider bun. $3 each and you can have as many as you want! We have also had an interest in the season premier of AMC's The Walking Dead. Well, I have some news for our fans that don't want to wait all night to catch it. We are able to get the east coast feed, and will have it at 6 pm! John is bringing in a popcorn machine for snacks.
We will also be running a special on a Bloody Beer for the premier. Made with the Mudshark Up River Lager, its perfect for this event! If things go well, we'll do this every Sunday night! See you all soon!
Slide Into Saturday!
We have a great slider special for today! The Gorgonzola Burger Slider! We take our famous BBQ Bacon Burger Sliders, strip it down. Then we rebuild it with our portered onions, and some house made Gorgonzola cheese sauce! $4 each for this 1/4 pound slider! Come have as many as you want.
Don't forget that its College Game Day! We'll have ESPN Goal Line (college football's version of NFL RedZone) on one tv all day to keep you up to date, with featured games on the other! Bubba was well versed in his knowledge of shrimp. Our chef is also well versed. Today's special shows how much flavor he can pack into one shrimp! The Shrimp Po' Boy is probably one of our best shrimp dishes that have come out of our kitchen yet! Marinated shrimp, grilled with cajun seasoning, served on a toasted hoagie with garlic aioli. We also add shredded lettuce and tomatoes. You get all of this with a choice of side for only $9! That's not all! We have our delicious Classic New England Style Clam Chowder for 6,3,1! $6 for a bowl, $3 for a cup, and only $1 to upgrade your side to the chowder! Today's special is a fan favorite! The Pork Tenderloin Sandwich! Three thin sliced pieces of balsamic marinated pork tenderloin, one toasted hoagie, house made honey mustard, and your choice of side. Ask anyone who has had it, and they will tell you, "Its amazing!"
Despite what you may have seen on Facebook in the past, who knows how long, we are open Tuesday and Wednesdays! There was a minor glitch that affected our hours, and it has since been fixed. We also noticed that some of our pictures are not making it to the page. That will also be fixed. The new brew system is being fabricated as we speak! As soon as it arrives, we will be brewing! You've never heard of P.C.C.M.? Porter Cream Chicken and Mashers! Pan seared chicken breast, sauteed with onions and garlic, braised in our porter gravy cream sauce, and served over our house mashers with wine and butter cooked carrots. This savory dish is great for a day like today. Also we have our delicious Cajun Seafood Chowder available as a bowl, cup, or side upgrade. The patio is open, but we're still hard at work on getting things even more comfortable for you! Its taking longer than expected, but the edges, gouges, and splinters are getting sanded down. The stain will be applied on Sunday to complete to patio table "revision." I can't wait for you all to see it!

MLB Playoffs are in full swing. We'll be featuring as many games as possible, on our TV's, for everyone to keep up with the battle for the World Series spots!
Things are coming along nicely in the Home Brew Shop/Brew Site. John has been working hard on finishing the floors to get ready for the shelving and construction. The new brew rig will be here soon as well! We should be back up and running in no time at all! The Patio is taking a tad bit longer than anticipated. Just to clarify, THE PATIO IS OPEN!! YEA! The patio is open! We brought in another favorite! WE HAVE BBQ PULLED PORK SANDWICHES! We brought one of Deschutes flagship brews in to inaugurate to reopening of our patio. This smooth porter hails out of Bend, Oregon with a ton of flavor! Roasted notes all around with a thick creamy head make this a great brew for anytime, anywhere.
We also thought it would be a good idea to do our spin on a patio/back porch/picnic/outdoors good times meal! The LVB BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. We take our pulled pork, and top it with our signature beer cheese sauce, jalapeno slaw, and pickles. Then we place it on a toasted bun, and serve it with your choice of side. Come grab one of these before we run out!
Speaking of running out, the last of our in house brews are still on tap for the time being. We have a new brew system on the way though! Until its installed these two are the last of our in house brews. Come down to try the Indepencia Pale Ale, and the Cranberry-Cherry Sour! The Indepencia is a collaboration brew between us and Granite Mountain Brewing with Mexican Cinnamon and Vanilla. The Cranberry-Cherry Sour is our first Belgian Sour style brew, and its turned out quite delicious! Several of our avid customers have agreed, "I don't usually like sours, but this one is fantastic!
