 We're starting the week off right today. Cheffery Bellem has created a South Western Chicken Salad. This salad is chock full of your favorite Southwest flavors like, corn, black beans, chopped red onions, and tomatoes. Top it with our house Chipotle chicken and a dusting of shredded cheese, and pair it with a in house made Chipotle Ranch and you are in a Tex-Mex heaven! School is starting this week, and our favorite daytime server Kisa is included in the masses of students! She will still be working her normal hours, so come in and see her during the day and wish her well. The perfect time to study is during our happy hour from 4-6 Mondays through Thursdays, where you can get $1 off beers. We offer free WiFi and good tunes to study to, and good company to heckle you when you are in a Monday blues. Speaking of good company, come say "Hi!" to our new members of the team, Davey a.k.a. Tonto and Megan a.k.a. Megumi! Tonto is an International Man of Mystery (in training) at ERAU majoring in Global Security and Intelligence with a passion for beer! Lonesome Valley Brewing began as a dream of high quality craft brews, and a place where neighbors can get together and enjoy life in the heart of Prescott Valley.
