 Today is a solemn day for many. Today we remember, today we stand together, today we feel stronger as a nation. In true American style, we continue to prove how as a country we have banded together to become more. We stand with our heads held high, our hearts full of pride. Today we remember, and decide to do better. We choose not to be beaten by our past. We choose to show that while today marks the anniversary of a tragedy, it also marks the anniversary of when we came together as a nation to help our neighbors in rebuilding. On this patriotic day, Chef Brian has made a traditional American meal. The Yankee Pork Roast! This meal is exactly that, a meal! Slow cooked pork roast served over mashed potatoes, with carrots, and covered in gravy. It comes complete with a side of smashed apples, and bread.
