![]() Already? That's right everyone! The weekend is almost here again! We've got a great special for you today as well. The Italian! Complex special? Fuhgit abot it! Salami, Mozzarella, and Artichoke on a grilled hoagie with a side of Balsamic dressing. This delicious sandwich is packed full of flavor that would make the Italian in all of us say, "Mama mia!" Pair this with one of our delicious homemade sides to truly rouse your taste buds! ![]() Today we also tapped our infamous fire brew! The B Shift Double IPA! This beer not only packs a punch at 8.6, but it also holds a special place in our hearts. This is the beer that our resident brewer John and I were working on the night of the fire on August 14/15th. Because of John's quick thinking, we were able to save around 13 gallons of the beer before it was too late! In honor of that achievement (there should be a ribbon for that) we have decided to cask it up for a truly unique beer. Thank you again to CYFD B Shift for helping save our pub! This beer is for you guys!! As part of our commitment to constantly improve, and make things better for our customers we have made some steady improvements to place! As part of a long term remodel, we have installed T.V.'S! In honor of that, starting September 14th we will be extending our hours! Monday-Thursday we will be opened from 11-9 pm, Friday and Saturday 11-11 pm, and Sunday 9-5 pm! Yep, due to popular demand we will now be open 7 DAYS A WEEK! Stay tuned for more updates involving the improvements and the Home Brew Shop. See you all later! -Bill

Lonesome Valley Brewing, Prescott Valley, Arizona
Our Beer is Our Bond.
Lonesome Valley Brewing began as a dream of high quality craft brews, and a place where neighbors can get together and enjoy life in the heart of Prescott Valley. LVB is committed to serving the local community, and we want the local guest to know that as soon as they hear our name. Our slogan embodies our mission, "Our Beer is Our Bond." We plan to keep the distance between the brewer and the guest as small as possible to stay responsive to the changing needs and tastes of our community.
